Yusuf Nazlıoğlu graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering (English) at Anadolu University in 2015 and completed his master’s degree in the Geotechnical Division of Civil Engineering at Gazi University in 2025.

Since 2015 he has worked for engineering consultancy firms and a public institution. He has carried out geotechnical assessment, numerical analysis and design for high-speed railway, motorway, bridge, viaduct and tunnel projects as well as for sports facilities and landslide stabilisation works, including projects in Azerbaijan and Kuwait. In his previous role as geotechnical and geological department manager, he was responsible for technical coordination between the client, consultant and design teams.

Prof. Dr. Murat Mollamahmutoğlu graduated in Civil Engineering from Gazi University in 1984. He received his master’s degree from Middle East Technical University and his PhD in geotechnical engineering from the University of Bradford (United Kingdom, 1993).

He continues his academic work at the Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Gazi University. He served as Rector of Bayburt University from 2008 to 2012, and as Head of Department and Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Gazi University. His work focuses on ground improvement, grouting techniques, soil stabilisation and geotechnical earthquake engineering, and he has published books on these subjects. Outside academia he worked as an engineer for organisations including London Underground and the 6th Regional Directorate of the State Hydraulic Works (DSİ).
