Purpose and legal basis
The data is processed solely to respond to your enquiry, to hold preliminary discussions about the service you request and, where necessary, to start a proposal process. The legal bases are the processing being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract and the legitimate interest of the data controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (KVKK Article 5(2)).
Collection and transfer
The data is collected electronically through the website form and forwarded to our company email mailbox. The form content is not stored separately in a database on the website. The data is not transferred to third parties except where required by law; email and web hosting services run on the servers of our hosting provider.
Retention
The data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and for the periods required by applicable legislation, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, request correction or deletion, and exercise your other rights by writing to info@vertexproje.com.
