Scope of services

Geotechnical and numerical analyses for NATM tunnels, bridges and viaducts; foundation, slope, ground improvement and tunnel lining design.

About the project

The project comprises the T-1 and T-2 tunnels, excavated by NATM with lengths of approximately 2,500 m and 400 m, nine bridges of various lengths and spans, two viaducts, road embankments and cut slopes.

Geotechnical calculations and numerical analyses, bearing capacity and slope stability analyses, shallow and deep foundation design, selection and design of the ground improvement method, remedial systems for slope problems and the design of temporary and permanent tunnel linings were performed and reviewed, together with coordination between the client, consultant and design team.
