Landslide investigations; inclinometer evaluation, back-analysis, slope stability, barrette piles and 2D analyses.
About the project
The project involved the stabilisation of a landslide reaching a depth of about 15 m and affecting an area of approximately 25,000 m².
The work included planning of surface and subsurface investigations and in-situ and laboratory tests, slope monitoring, slope stability modelling, evaluation of inclinometer readings and back-analysis; a remedial design with barrette piles was prepared, and limit equilibrium and two-dimensional numerical analyses were performed.
